HOW WE PROTECT YOU
Phase 1: Buyer and Seller Agree to Terms
Both parties agree to terms, which includes a description of the vehicle, price, terms, number of days for the buyer's inspection.
Phase 2: Transaction - 7 easy to follow steps.
1. The buyer will provide the seller with his address and contact details.
2. The seller will initiate a vehicle transaction by dropping off the vehicle, keys and documents to AG-GO-Limited agency along with the buyer's shipping details.
3. AG-GO-Limited will make a detailled inspection of the vehicle's documents in order to certify ownership. If ownership is confirmed, AG-GO-Limited will accept the initiated transaction. However, if ownership is not confirmed, AG-GO-Limited will decline the initiated transaction and notify the buyer to stop all communication with the other party.
4. AG-GO-Limited will send a written confirmation to the buyer certifying that the seller is the legal seller of the vehicle to be sold. AG-GO-Limited will hold the vehicle, the copies of ownership documents, the copies of seller ID`s and a normal, standard contract signed by the seller.
5. At this point the buyer will transfer a refundable deposit to the AG-GO-Limited agent responsible with the transaction.
6. The buyer will complete the payment following the specific instructions sent by us. After the payment has been verified, the funds will be locked, and an AG-GO-Limited agent will fly to the buyer's address within the next 24 hours (Monday to Sunday) to assist the buyer's inspection of the vehicle.
7.a. If the buyer is completely satisfied with the vehicle, he will sign the contract and receive the keys to the vehicle. One copy of the contract will remain at the buyer and one copy will be given to the seller along with the deposit.
7.b. If for any reason, the buyer will not be satisfied with the vehicle, the AG-GO-Limited agent will refund the deposit to the buyer and will return the vehicle's keys and documents to the seller. The refund will be made in cash, on the spot. In this instance the transaction is finished with no further obligations for the buyer or the seller .
STANDARD SERVICES
AG-GO-Limited is unique in that we offer the convenience of a specific pickup date, which you can specify. We also call ahead to scheduled the delivery of your vehicle. Open Transport - This is our most economical service. Your vehicle will ship on an open-air car transport truck - the same kind of truck that many automobile manufacturers use to deliver new cars to dealerships.
PICKUP AND DELIVERY SERVICES
AG-GO-Limited will pickup and deliver your vehicle at your specified locations (could be your residence, office, or any other location). The pickup and delivery is often performed by a flatbed truck but in some instances could be performed by our larger car transport truck. Our competitors may advertise door-to-door service but may not be able to truly provide you this service.
PROTECTION SERVICES
Enclosed Transport - This service provides your vehicle the most protection. An enclosed carrier provides protection from road debris and weather during the long haul portion of your move.
Top Load - This service provides preferred placement on our open or enclosed car transport trucks. This service minimizes the potential of fluids leaking from a vehicle above yours and the affects of road debris. ** We recommend purchasing this service for convertibles.
PRIORITY SERVICES
Expedite Service - This service will decrease your estimated transit time by allowing us to prioritize the transport of your vehicle.
Guaranteed Transit - This service guarantees the transit time of your vehicle.
The door pickup and door delivery service that AG-GO-Limited provides is 'true' door-to-door service. We pick up and deliver your vehicle to your door with a flat bed truck.
Our competitors often only utilize the large multiple car transport trucks to move your vehicle. This means that they can only pickup and deliver to your door if you live on a main road with no overhanging trees or low bridges and your street can accommodate a 75-80 feet long truck. Many cities have restrictions that prohibit these large trucks from driving in residential areas forcing you to take your vehicle to a local supermarket or mall where there is enough space to load/unload your vehicle.
